Khulisa is conducting a series of stakeholder workshops as part of the participative Diagnostic Evaluation of the Government Supported Small Holder Farmer Sector, commissioned by the South African Presidency’s Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation.
On 7 December 2015, Khulisa held a fruitful workshop in Pretoria in which the evaluation team guided key stakeholders in the development of Theories of Action for smallholder farmer programmes.
