Mark Bardini from Khulisa’s DC Office was invited as a panellist for a half-day seminar for US-based small businesses on 27 April. Held at Cardno’s Arlington, VA office, 28 representatives participated, including keynote speaker Kimberly Ball, Deputy Director of USAID’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization. The small businesses were invited based on their technical skills and geographical experience for potential teaming arrangements.
