Purchase Orders / Sole Source Contracts

Khulisa offers services under individualized purchase orders or sole source contracts for the delivery of specialised services. For example, PEPFAR/South Africa provided a sole-source contract to Khulisa for specialised Data Quality Assessments of PEPFAR partners. Using such a procurement mechanism, Khulisa’s generic DQA methodology can be applied across countries, and across multiple sectors.

Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC)

Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQCs) are flexible procurement mechanisms which allow donors and others to access technical expertise and implementation support in specific programme areas.
