The objective of this project is to develop objective indicators for assessing performance of organisations and initiatives receiving funding from The Coca Cola Africa Foundation (TCCAF) currently implementing projects in the four pillar areas of Education, Health, Entrepreneurship and Water Stewardship. Khulisa will undertake SIA and PPA activities of seven partners in four countries on the Africa continent. The SIA and PPA will be used to complete a Corporate and Social Investment Scorecard for each partner in each country.
The partners to be included in the assessment are Discovery Channel Global Education Partnership, Africa American Institute, and African Network for Children Orphaned and at Risk, Nets4Life, Junior Achievement and Students in Free Enterprise as well as Global Environment & Technology Foundation.
The project commenced in April 2009 and the findings will be submitted to TCCAF Board in July for their meeting scheduled in early August in Atlanta and the final report will be finalised at the end of August 2009.
