The USAID funded Financial Sector Program (FSP) intends to expand access to financial services and lower financing cost for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in South Africa. By working with local partners to reform the legal and regulatory framework affecting the financial sector and business environment and improving the commercial viability of lending to historically disadvantaged SMEs in South Africa.

Khulisa is responsible for the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of the entire program as well as the knowledge management component of the project. Khulisa designed the performance management plan, identified and defined the indicators and will be responsible for data collection and analysis for the life of the project. Working with the project partners, Khulisa will develop an improved monitoring system complete with maps of SME access to credit in the country.
