“Getting to Results: Evaluation Capacity Building and Development”

The International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS) is an independent association of evaluation professionals, those interested in evaluation, and those who seek to bring credible information and knowledge to the development agenda. The focus of the 2009 Global Assembly is on evaluation capacity building.

Ms. Mairy Tsigoida, a senior associate at Khulisa, will be presenting a paper on "Building Evaluation Capacity in Practice". Ms. Tsigoida has gained a wealth of M&E and capacity building experience through her work at Khulisa. She served as the M&E officer on the five-country US DoL-funded Reducing Child Labor in Southern Africa (RECLISA) project and currently manages the M&E component of the Tanzanian Education Alternatives for Children (TEACH) project.
