Khulisa Management Services

Since 2006, Khulisa has been contracted to conduct performance monitoring and evaluation services for PEPFAR/South Africa, specifically to determine if the data submitted by PEPFAR partners meets minimum acceptable data quality standards. Khulisa's team of experienced data quality auditors carry out thorough assessments of PEPFAR partners throughout South Africa.

These assessments are structured to be a learning process (rather than a strict performance audit) for both the selected PEPFAR partners as well as the USG – with a goal to building M&E capacity and systems among PEPFAR partner organisations.

USAID issues annual contractor performance reports and Khulisa's data quality assessments have consistently earned high marks with ratings of "excellent" for Quality of Product or Service.
