Monitoring, evaluation and research should ultimately work together influence decision-making and/or policy formulation by providing scientifically-based feedback to a variety of audiences including funders, government officials, project staff, beneficiaries, and other relevant stakeholders.

Khulisa conducts qualitative and quantitative evaluation and research studies that examine project needs, performance, outcome, impact, cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
