Khulisa Management Services provides monitoring, evaluation, and research services to public and private sector partners in sub-Saharan Africa with sector specialisation in education, health and social development.

Our evaluations are designed to provide clients with useful information for future planning and implementation. Where possible, we conduct participatory evaluations or use the client’s own staff in data design and data collection, which has the proven advantage of building capacity for data collection, analysis, and utilisation of programme data.

Since our establishment in 1993, Khulisa has conducted nearly 200 studies and evaluations, including baseline, mid-term, and final evaluations, operations research, behavioural research, market research, household surveys, economic research, desk studies, rapid appraisals, and quasi-experimental designs.
