Evaluation Team Lead & Evaluation Subject Matter Expert
Short-Term Consulting Opportunity – Based in Washington, D.C. Metro Area
The Evaluation’s objective is to determine the degree to which a specific web portal is an effective platform or means of communication for:
- Informing personnel about priority campaigns on the most significant economic issues of the moment and
- Providing access to key information and opportunities related to the organization’s economic mission
The evaluation will determine whether the portal is fulfilling its mission of covering the e-learning gap where sponsored or other training sources lack flexibility and timeliness, supplementing guidance sent by cable and, correcting misinformation spread through the internet.
Team Lead: Evaluation Advisor (Senior Level)
Requirements
- Fully available for a six (6) month consulting contract (not full time employed).
- Advanced, relevant degree (PhD degree strongly preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience developing and leading evaluation teams;
- Proven experience with managing evaluation teams;
- Prior experience conducting desk review-based evaluations;
- Prior experience leading & managing USG-funded evaluations;
- Prior experience conducting evaluations of ICT programs is highly desirable;
- Excellent research, writing, analytical, and presentation skills;
- SBU clearance highly beneficial.
ICT Evaluation Subject Matter Expert (Mid-Level):
Requirements
- Fully available for a six (6) month consulting contract (not full time employed).
- Relevant degree (Master’s degree strongly preferred);
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and support evaluations;
- Experience conducting evaluations on ICT, communication within large organizations and/or economic issues;
- Knowledge of WordPress is required;
- Prior experience working on USG-funded evaluations highly desirable;
- Excellent research, writing, analytical, and presentation skills;
- SBU clearance highly beneficial.
