Looking for BI developer with dashboard and data visualization skills.

Part-time consultant: (2 -3 days a week)

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree with specialized skills in Information computation design, computer and information sciences, graphic design, visualization, media arts and sciences, or equivalent with 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Microsoft Power BI & Excel experience is required

• Knowledge of data visualization, graphics and presentation tools such as Tableau, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe CS Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Flash, etc.
• Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Understanding of database architecture and design
• Data wrangling (manipulation, cleaning, etc.) skills
• Demonstrated ability to take complex information and/or large datasets and translate them for use in graphic or interactive visualizations for the web and/or other media
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• A team player and able to lead and initiate
• Experience in developing different types of visualization products
• Ability to collaborate with multiple diverse groups across teams
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop dashboard on Power BI
• Work with team members for performance improvement of dashboard and reports
• Develop data visualization products such as reports, presentations, infographics, etc.

Experience:

• developing dashboards on Power BI: 4 years (Required)
• developing data visualization products : 4 years (Required)
• Data wrangling: 2 years (Required)
• database architecture and design: 3 years (Required)c
