Khulisa seeks qualified, experienced candidates to serve in Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists for Programs on Vulnerable Populations, Refugee and Displaced Persons (Mid-Senior level).
This is a 6 – 10 month consulting opportunity and candidates must be based in the United States. Preferred project experience in North and East Africa, Middle East, East Asia, and South America.
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- At least 7+ years of relevant experience in M&E or research assignments, including data collection and analysis (surveys, focus groups, key informant interviews, observational analysis), and report writing
- 7+ years’ working on refugee protection and assistance programs or humanitarian activities, preferably with UNHCR, UNICEF, IOM, ICRC, WHO or other international donors
- Familiarity working with USG support programs, Department of State or USAID;
- Field experience in performingevaluations about humanitarian and mental health programs with refugees and vulnerable populations;
- Preferred:background in statistics;
- Available for a 10 months consultancy starting on or about September 2021.
