Khulisa seeks qualified, experienced candidates to serve in various positions for anticipated Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists for Youth Refugee Programs (Mid-Senior level)

This is a 6 – 10 month consulting opportunity and candidates must be based in the United States. Preferred project experience in North and East Africa

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or higher;
• At least 7+ years of relevant experience in M&E or research assignments, including data collection and analysis (surveys, focus groups, key informant interviews, observational analysis), and report writing;
• 7+ years’ working on refugee protection and assistance programs or urban humanitarian activities, preferably with UNHCR, UNICEF or other international donors;
• Familiarity working with USG support programs, Department of State or USAID;
• Preferred: Experience with refugee youth/children programs;
• Field experience in performingevaluations;
• Preferred:background in statistics;
• Available for a short-term (6-10 months) consultancy starting on or about September 2021.
