Khulisa seeks a qualified and experienced Armenian Energy Specialist for the anticipated USAID/Armenia Final Performance Evaluation of the Market Liberalization and Electricity Trade (MLET) Program.
This position will be based in Armenia, and contingent upon the project award to Khulisa.
Qualifications/Experience
- Master’s degree in International Development, Political Science, Business, Energy, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field
- At least 6 years of demonstrated experience working in the energy sector in Armenia
- Experience in market liberalization and electricity trade strongly preferred
- Evaluation experience is a plus
- Experience with USAID strongly preferred
- Written and verbal communication skills in English required
