Seeking candidates located in:
Mali, Cote d’Ivoire, Uganda and/or Tanzania
Short-term consulting opportunity (200 LOE)
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in M&E or Research assignments on criminal justice and TIP issues
- data collection and analysis (surveys, focus groups, key informant interviews, observational analysis), and report writing
- Familiarity with M&E concepts and methods
- Field experience in performing evaluations
- Knowledge of local cultural and criminal justice issues
- Experience conducting training and capacity building for M&E projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience performing data quality verification
- Located in Mali, Cote d’Ivoire, Uganda, and/or Tanzania and available to do consultancy work. Not a full time position.
