Seeking candidates located in:

Mali, Cote d’Ivoire, Uganda and/or Tanzania

Short-term consulting opportunity (200 LOE)

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in M&E or Research assignments on criminal justice and TIP issues
• data collection and analysis (surveys, focus groups, key informant interviews, observational analysis), and report writing
• Familiarity with M&E concepts and methods
• Field experience in performing evaluations
• Knowledge of local cultural and criminal justice issues
• Experience conducting training and capacity building for M&E projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience performing data quality verification
• Located in Mali, Cote d’Ivoire, Uganda, and/or Tanzania and available to do consultancy work. Not a full time position.
