The SUN LE team and Zambia’s National Food and Nutrition Commission (NFNC) convened for a productive two-and-a-half-day reflection meeting in February at Mukambi Safaris in Mumba District. NFNC representatives – Dr. Muntanga Mapani, Dr Chisela Kaliwile, and Mr. Boniface Kanjere – joined SUN LE staff, including Mr. Mathews Onyango and Ms. Patricia Sakala, to review accomplishments, identify areas for improvement, and plan for the project’s remaining time. Discussions covered technical implementation, project management, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement, with team-building exercises enhancing collaboration. Plans for the next phase, including the 2024 workplan and learning agenda, were outlined, with commitments made to implement suggestions generated during the meeting.
