This is a great M&E resource from our evaluation friends in New Zealand. The Kinnect Group developed a guide to “building blocks in evaluation” collaboratively over ten years. It emphasises evaluative reasoning, and draws on the work of several evaluation theorists, and the authors’ practice-based knowledge. We love its clear language and sequential steps from one stage to another. Both experienced and emerging Evaluators will love this resource.
