Creately, an online diagram visualising tool, has developed this useful guide on process mapping. Khulisa is currently using some of the principles in the guide in a design evaluation for a USAID-funded reading support project. A process map is an invaluable tool when recording specific processes during the design of a project in collaboration with stakeholders. It can then be used to test the fidelity of each step during the implementation phase.
