Khulisa is often asked to measure the potential for projects to scale up their activities. This freely downloadable document called “Taking Innovations to Scale: Methods, Applications and Lessons” discusses two approaches to taking projects to scale and provides two interesting tools: The IFAD Guiding Questions for Scaling UP and the MSI Scalability Assessment Tool. Both tools could be adapted for evaluation.
