Jennifer Bisgard represented the African Evaluation Association (AfrEA), at the @EvalPartners Global Evaluation Forum in Nepal in November. Culminating the UN Year of Evaluation (#EvalYear) the forum started work on professionalization, gender and indigenous population sensitivity/involvement in evaluation and EvalSDGs.
