Khulisa was awarded the Ex-Post Evaluation (an evaluation carried out after the completion of a project) of the Internet Freedom (IF) Initiative Enabling Democracy. The initiative is part of the Near East Regional Democracy (NERD) Program, which seeks to: a) promote human rights and fundamental freedoms in the region; and b) support civil society through the development of effective and secure communication tools.
Khulisa is conducting this evaluation in collaboration with the Dexis Consulting Group. The evaluation will cover the period 2019-2024. The results will inform DOS’ decision-making on the continued support of existing tools and the selection and development of new or additional tools that have the potential to increase efficacy and resiliency, optimize funding for implementation, and support the program’s strategic goals.
