A decade ahead of the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, Khulisa is excited to officially join the Decade of Evaluation for Action and are proud to be included as one of the partners on the #Eval4Action campaign website. As part of this effort, we will support the campaign by updating our email signatures, and adding our voice by making a public commitment at upcoming Khulisa events.  

Khulisa firmly stands behind the goal to accelerate progress on evaluation capacities, specifically those of Young & Emerging Evaluators (YEEs).  

For 25+ years, we’ve put this commitment into visible action. Our internship programme has grown the skills and talent of more than 120 young evaluators in Africa. Our Young & Emerging Evaluators have participated at global evaluation conferences in over 15 countries (read this Letter from Mayibongwe Manyoba to the forefathers and foremothers of #evaluation). In June we joined the global gLOCAL Evaluation Week to promote evaluation design thinking with YEEs across the world with an innovative Evaluation Design Competition. Our blogs and thought leadership continue to share the perspectives of YEEs.
