Khulisa mourns the passing of Dr Sulley Gariba on April 27 2021. Dr Gariba was a true giant in evaluation, leading both the African Evaluation Association and the International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS). Khulisa’s Jennifer Bisgard remembers that Dr Gariba inspired evaluators and development practitioners from across the world. He will be much missed.
