Monitoring & Evaluation, and Learning & Adaptive Management Specialists – Myanmar

Khulisa seeks qualified, experienced candidates to serve in various positions for anticipated USAID Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) opportunities in Myanmar (Burma).

These are two full-time positions based in Yangon, Myanmar, and are contingent upon project award to Khulisa.

Qualifications Required

• Master’s degree in international development, statistics, social science, public policy, economics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with Collaboration, Learning, and Adaptation (CLA): to enable information sharing, purposive reflection, document best practices and lessons learned, and support adaptive learning.
• Experience extracting lessons and learnings from evaluations and assessments and disseminating them to stakeholders in order to facilitate adaptive management
• Experience in promoting strategic collaboration with diverse stakeholders, identifying and filling knowledge gaps, utilizing opportunities to enable purposive reflection, and supporting adaptive learning.
• Experience with developing learning agendas and facilitating learning events to review/use data to inform policy and project design and implementation.
• Experience in developing innovative approaches to support organizational learning efforts, including ensuring that data necessary for learning is being collected, collated, and analyzed from routine and periodic M&E processes.
• Experience designing and implementing knowledge management systems and disseminating information to targeted audiences.
• Experience planning and conducting developmental, mid-term and final performance and impact evaluations, managing evaluation data across its lifecycle and producing high-quality reports
• Experience working in Myanmar is highly advantageous.  Burmese nationals are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with USAID programs/projects highly advantageous.
• English proficiency (verbal and written) required
