Khulisa Management Services, in partnership with LASER PULSE Purdue University, the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), the Department of Science and Innovation (DSI), and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), conducted a national Trafficking in Persons (TIP) study between 2020 and early 2022. The goal of the study was to provide evidence on the nature and magnitude of TIP in South Africa to policy makers in the Government of South Africa (GOSA) and to development partners, implementing partners, and service providers.

The second of three Evidence briefs has now been published. Khulisa conducted a stakeholder mapping analysis and social network analysis on civil society organizations providing services to victims of human trafficking in South Africa.

You can read the latest policy brief, “Partnerships and collaboration are essential to the TIP response”, below.
