Khulisa seeks a qualified, experienced Data Analyst for an upcoming mixed methods portfolio evaluation. The ideal candidate must be based in the United States, preferably in Washington, D.C. region, and must preferably have experience Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA).

Successful candidates may be contracted by Khulisa (subject to award) on a part-time basis over the next two years. A full time employment may be offered.

Job Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, statistics, social sciences or related field (Masters preferred)
• At least 5+ years of experience performing qualitative and quantitative data analysis for evaluations of international development programming
• Must have experience performing Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) (strongly preferred)
• Experience in designing, conducting, and/or managing evaluations, providing expertise in quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods
• Provide support in ensuring quality control for data collection and analysis
• Ensure the integrity of the methodology, process, and comparability of evaluation findings
• Experience with rapid cycle fidelity analysis, most significant change or similar evaluation methodologies (highly advantageous)
• Technical expertise and statistical analysis skills, SPSS, STATA, NVivi, Atlas.in or other relevant software.
• Familiarity with Higher Education programming (highly advantageous)
• Experience working on USAID-funded programs or projects (highly advantageous)
• Experience working in/on projects/programs based in Kenya, Ethiopia, Malawi, Uganda, Tanzania, Somalia, South Sudan, South Africa, Nepal, Vietnam, Cambodia, Iraq, Laos, and/or Colombia (advantageous)
• Must be based in USA, preferably in the Washington D.C. area
• Available for intermittent short-term consulting assignments over a two year period with possibility of full time employment.
