Khulisa Management Services has partnered with Mr. Wade Harker, previously a senior associate at Khulisa, and now Managing Director of Decipher Data.
Over the past few years, Khulisa has developed a successful large-scale digital data collection model, led by Mr. Harker. This model has developed into the stand-alone business, Decipher Data. As a level-2 BBBEE contributor, Decipher Data provides large-scale digital data monitoring services to the South African public and private sector. The collaboration between the two companies allows for an integrated M&E service offering.
