Khulisa is very pleased to welcome Elizabeth Dwyer to the team. Ms. Dwyer joined Khulisa’s Washington, D.C. office in February 2023. In her new role as Project Coordinator Ms. Dwyer will be coordinating the Peace Through Evaluation, Learning, and Adaptation II (PELA II) as well as supporting the business development team.
Prior to joining Khulisa, Ms. Dwyer worked as a project coordinator for Mendez and Associates (ME&A). During her time there, she supported many different teams including business development, human resources, and communications. In addition to her work in project coordination, Ms. Dwyer is experienced in business and data capture and administrative management.
Ms. Dwyer is currently completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson University.
Ms. Dwyer speaks fluent English and conversational Spanish and resides in the greater Washington D.C. area.
