Khulisa Management Services Inc. and subcontractors Dexis Consulting Group and Itad Inc., together with five local resource partners, recently commenced implementing a program for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to support Peace through Evaluation, Learning, and Adaptation (PELA II) in West Africa. The purpose of this program is to enhance USAID’s effectiveness in preventing and countering violent extremism (P/CVE); peacebuilding; and strengthening democracy, human rights, and good governance in West Africa.

The 5-year PELA II program, which began on October 1, 2022, supports activities in 21 countries throughout West Africa. Program outputs will include monitoring and evaluation (M&E) services, analytical research, knowledge utilization, and Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting activities for USAID/West Africa. The initial focus is expected to be the West Africa Coastal Region. Learn more on the PELA II Fact Sheet.

Khulisa and its partners are thrilled to be part of this important initiative. Read more about USAID’s work to prevent violent extremism in West Africa. Also see West Africa Regional | U.S. Agency for International Development (usaid.gov).
