Khulisa seeks a qualified and experienced Team Lead for the USAID/Zimbabwe FARM Activity Mid-term Performance Evaluation. The Team Leader will be responsible for the evaluation design, analyzing evaluation data, presentation of findings and recommendations, and writing the final report. The Team Lead will oversee the coordination of activities, arrange periodic meetings, and consolidate individual input from team members.

Qualifications/Experience

• Masters in Development Studies/Evaluation and/or Agriculture studies
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in Agriculture/Development programs in developing countries.
• Minimum eight years of experience in implementing program evaluations with some level of research expertise, in the agriculture sector and in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Managing and implementing evaluation in line with USAID Evaluation Policy and requirements.
• Experience in leading Evaluation Teams
• Excellent oral and written skills in English are required.
